Everything is done virtually with a live manager via Zoom, smooth, fast and easy! What I was most impressed with was the maintenance manager, Mario. I couldn't find my unit, as I am directionally impaired, and Mario happened to be on site that day. He was clearly in the middle of fixing something with tools surrounding him but he stopped to smile and he dropped what he was doing to help me find my unit. He explained he manages 5 StorSafe properties in the area, was so personable and kind. On my way out, he stopped again and went out of his way to write down what entrance I should use and turn by turn directions to my unit! Virtual check in via remote manager and someone between sites who genuinely cares about the properties AND renters. He's the guy, when you have an issue, who will drop what hes doing to help. Keep up he good work StorSafe, keep quality people like him on staff, they are the reason we feel someone has our back in a virtual world!
